We implement professional management, optimize operations, and systematically raise rents from the $400s to $900+ market rates.
All properties generate immediate cash flow, allowing quarterly distributions while we execute our business plan over 3-5 years.
Quarterly distributions from cash flow are provided to investors, with full capital return and profits distributed upon exit.
The Fund's strategy focuses on a fragmented industry where 75% of parks are still owned by mom-and-pop operators who lack professional management systems. We see massive opportunities to acquire these assets below replacement cost and add significant value.
We specifically target cash-flowing assets that provide capital preservation, immediate income, and equity growth through operational improvements and rent optimization.
